Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly. WorkCover needs an accepted claim.
What do I need to have at home?
Just some space to move and a chair. Shreya brings any equipment needed.
Confirm with Shreya that this is right, and whether anything else is needed.
Can you visit my child at school or kindy?
Yes, with the school’s or centre’s agreement. Seeing how a child manages in the playground or classroom can be really useful.
Do you offer hydrotherapy?
Yes, in your home pool or a local public pool. Pool entry fees are separate.
Confirm, and check that Shreya’s insurance covers aquatic therapy at third-party pools.
Can a parent, partner or carer be there?
Yes, and we encourage it. For children, a parent or carer must be present.
Confirm this policy, including what happens for school and kindy visits where a parent isn’t there.
How long is a visit?
Initial assessments are about 60 minutes and follow-ups about 45 minutes. WorkCover visits are about 30 minutes. Fees also cover the time spent writing clinical notes.
Do you see NDIA-managed participants?
Not currently. We see self-managed and plan-managed participants.
What if I need to cancel?
Please give 2 clear business days’ notice. See fees and funding for details.
What area do you cover?
Do you speak languages other than English?
Shreya also speaks Hindi and Marathi.
Are you a clinic?
No. We’re fully mobile and come to you.
