About

Meet Shreya

Your physio, your cheerleader, your partner in progress.

Hi, I’m Shreya, a physiotherapist who believes movement should be about more than just exercises — it’s about building confidence, discovering what your body can do, and celebrating every little win along the way.

With a background in physiotherapy and a Master’s in Sport and Exercise Science, I’ve worked with children and adults with a range of physical, developmental and neurological needs. My approach is individualised, practical and centred around what matters most to you and your family.

What happens at a first visit

Video of Shreya goes here
TO DO — the 60–90 second video “What happens at a first visit” goes in this spot. The script is in content/video-script.md. It has not been filmed yet, so this section is a placeholder. Can wait until after launch. When it arrives it needs captions and a short written summary underneath, so it works without sound.

How I work

I have a special passion for paediatric physiotherapy, where play becomes a powerful tool for learning and growth. Whether we’re working on balance, coordination, strength or motor skills, I love turning everyday challenges into opportunities to explore, learn and succeed. And yes, sometimes that means a little friendly competition, a lot of laughter and some very creative ways to get moving!

I also work with adults to support strength, mobility, balance and everyday function, helping make movement feel more achievable and less overwhelming.

Why in-home physio?

I love bringing physiotherapy into your home, where familiar surroundings and everyday routines create meaningful opportunities to build strength, confidence and independence at every stage of life.

Let’s make movement meaningful — one little win at a time!
